Our Story
From an Irish Toast to a Colorado Farm
Sláinte is an old Irish toast wishing good health, good fortune, and good company. It is a simple idea, but one worth holding onto.
What began as a small family farm grew into something more: a place where family, hard work, laughter, and good food still matter. The farm keeps us connected to the land, the seasons, and the people around our table.
We raise food the old-fashioned way—one chore, one season, and one sunrise at a time. Along the way we discovered that the stories, traditions, and values behind the farm were every bit as important as the food itself.
